| REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICIES |
All monies received as deposits for services are nonrefundable. However these funds can be applied to another date (rescheduled show). Using the funds for a rescheduled show will be subject to availability. If the show is booked with no deposit, then the client will assumed liability for 50% of the contracted amount of the show should the show be cancelled with less than a 1 week (7 day) written notice by fax, mail or e-mail. However the client will not be held liable if the show is simply rescheduled and not cancelled. Shows that are cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or acts of war, shall be refunded or rescheduled subject to availability. Once we have arrived and set up for your show, this will be seen as an attempt to provide the contracted services and no refund will given and the full balance of the contract will be due. Should "Independent Professional DJ Service", it's employees or subcontractors fail to provide the contracted services, all or a partial refund will be returned to the client at the discretion of the Independent Professional DJ Service.
